This position reports to our Lehi, UT office. May telecommute. Salary offered: $120,226.75 per year.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with partner teams to standardize procurement and operational processes, including implementation of material traceability mechanisms.
Develop and manage key reporting that illustrates how effective Sunrun is attaining the Investment tax credit
Work with outside counsel to get approval to install new system configurations for partners
Develop and maintain Approved Vendor Lists (AVLs) to support compliant sourcing across channel partners.
Manage material sourcing strategies and supply transitions to align with evolving regulatory and business requirements.
Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) to ensure compliance with documentation standards and traceability requirements.
Partner with design, engineering, and planning teams to identify and resolve projects that may not meet compliance or sourcing requirements prior to execution.
Conduct regular reviews of projects in progress and completed installations to track compliance status and identify risks.
Maintain documentation and reporting to support internal audits and external compliance reviews.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve process consistency, data integrity, and compliance across supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Supply Change Management, or related;
and 5 years of experience as a Logistician in a regulated or compliance-driven environment, including exposure to sourcing requirements, trade considerations or tax-related programs; implementing process controls, documentation standards, and audit-ready workflows; working cross-functionally with finance, legal and operational stakeholders; using ERP/CRM systems and data analysis tools for reporting & decision-making; and leading cross-functional initiatives in complex operational environments.
