Employee Relations Representative

Role Overview: The Associate ER Specialist will support a high-volume workforce of 10,000 field-based employees. This role is designed for a tech-forward professional who uses AI-driven case management tools to triage, document, and resolve ER inquiries with high efficiency. You will manage the "front line" of ER intake, allowing senior investigators to focus on high-complexity litigation risks. This role requires a high level of discretion and objectivity.
Key Responsibilities
Case Triage: Utilize AI tools to categorize and prioritize incoming ER cases
Investigation Support: Assist in conducting internal investigations into complaints regarding policy violations, including interviewing witnesses and documenting findings.
Office Hours & Chat Management: Act as the primary moderator for the ER Escalation Chat and Virtual Office Hours
Data Integrity: Maintain the Case Management System (CMS), ensuring all cases are tagged correctly for trend reporting as well as ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of HR or ER experience.
AI Literacy: Demonstrated experience using LLMs (Large Language Models) for professional drafting, data cleaning, or administrative automation.
High-Volume Resilience: Ability to manage an annual caseload of 180–220 cases with the support of automation tools.
Field Empathy: Ability to communicate effectively with non-exempt construction and sales populations.
Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline workflows, or possess the agility and "growth mindset" to rapidly master new AI technologies as they are integrated into Sunrun’s operations.

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
