Pay parity
We’re proud to lead the way in pay equity. We signed the White House Equal Pay Pledge in 2016, achieved 100% pay equity in 2018, and committed to the California Equal Pay Pledge in 2019. As the first national solar company to fully achieve gender pay equity, we continue to uphold these standards and work toward maintaining our pay parity goals in 2024 and beyond.
