New Homes Project Manager

Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for New Homes community launch and execution as well as individual project fulfillment from job release to interconnection and service transfer to the homebuyer. This position is the primary contact and safeguard regarding project operations and job flow for the home builders as well as Sunrun sales and field operations.
Responsibilities
Prepare internal stakeholders for builder/community onboarding and lead the cross functional builder/community onboarding process
Create and manage builder community launches hand in hand with the Sunrun Builder Account Manager
Assess builder process and procedure, analyze viability, and implement new processes amongst internal operations stakeholders as applicable
Be subject matter expert for all aspects related to builder/community performance within the assigned communities
Provide analysis and recommendations to business stakeholders for program management improvements
Manage operations relationship with homebuilder to ensure mutual satisfaction in program performance
Obtain individual job releases from the builders and initiate Sunrun execution
Gather, process, and produce documentation per agreement with home builder
Monitor individual job flow and ensure execution of all jobs within the assigned builder communities; identify and immediately tackle issues preventing proper and timely execution
Manage individual projects in CRM and builder software platform from lead creation through interconnection under final homebuyer
Communicate tasks to internal workgroups and ensure completion in a timely manner
Assist AR and AP in preparation of payment tranches per strategic partner contractual terms
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of previous project coordination experience
Solar and/or production building experience preferred
Demonstrated customer service skills
Strong verbal and written skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Salesforce and internet use, Oracle experience a plus
Strong work ethic
Ability to prioritize and complete a variety of simultaneous tasks with a high level of organization
Physical Demands
Ability to perform normal office duties
Ability to operate office equipment including computers and determine accuracy of work
Ability to interact and participate in meetings

Starting salary/wage for this opportunity:
$62,044.16 to $82,725.55Sunrun provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, a wellbeing program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, based on both company and individual performance, as well as short- and long-term incentives and program-specific awards. Compensation decisions will not be based on a candidate's salary history. Please note: Employee benefits do not apply to our Fusion and Street Sales roles, which are 100% commission-based, (1099-NEC) positions.
