And we’re doing it by designing a dynamic culture where employee development, well-being, and safety come first. We’re unlike any other solar company. Our vertically integrated model gives us total control over every part of the energy lifecycle – from sale through installation and beyond – so you can find endless opportunities for growth. Come join a career you can grow in and a culture you can run with.

We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Systems Program Manager to join our team and lead the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives that sit at the intersection of Supply Chain operations and enterprise technology. This role will manage a portfolio of system enhancements, operational improvement projects, and cross-functional programs that support our Oracle Cloud Fusion, WMS, and OTM (coming soon) platforms.

This role will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders (Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics) and the internal ERP/Technology teams, ensuring business priorities are clearly defined, requirements are effectively captured, and programs are executed with a focus on operational value.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate cross-functional business case development, gathering operational needs, financial impact, and technical feasibility for new projects and process improvements.

  • Lead prioritization and management of the backlog of system bugs, enhancements, and change requests for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, WMS, and OTM.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements.

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination across business and technical teams.

  • Drive and coordinate cross-functional process improvement initiatives, such as implementing truck stock management for field technicians integrated with ERP and CRM mobile apps.

  • Research system capabilities, industry best practices, and technology solutions to propose improvements and support decision-making.

  • Oversee UAT planning and execution for system changes and enhancements, ensuring business validation and adoption readiness.

  • Develop clear project documentation, process maps, status updates, and post-project reviews.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter partner to business leaders on system capability and improvement opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business systems analysis, or ERP project leadership roles, preferably in a supply chain or operations environment.

  • Proven track record managing ERP-related projects, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional initiatives.

  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Fusion, WMS; exposure to OTM is a plus.

  • Experience leading business case development, requirements documentation, and process improvement efforts.

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project/program management certification preferred.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization abilities.

  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.

  • Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.

  • Experience with ERP system integrations and mobile applications.

  • Experience supporting user acceptance testing, training, and adoption efforts.
